Description
DeRuyter Central School District is seeking prime contractors for multiple contracts associated with its 2024 Capital Improvement Project and related building work. Bid packages are requested for general construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and elevator contracts covering alterations to the district’s Main Building and Annex Building. Bidders must submit sealed written proposals using the forms provided by the architect, clearly marked for the contract being bid. Each proposal must include a certified check or bid bond as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-bid conference is scheduled, and written questions must be submitted by email to both the construction manager and architect representatives.
