Description
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) intends to award a sole source contract to F-Concepts for the procurement and installation of a new NDAA-compliant camera system at their warehouse facility in Rockville, Maryland. The system includes fixed and PTZ cameras, a server, mounts, injectors, and licenses. The contract also covers installation labor and optional recommended equipment such as additional cameras and a client workstation. CPSC is pursuing this sole source award because F-Concepts currently provides maintenance for their existing systems, and only F-Concepts can provide the necessary NDAA-compliant products and services to ensure seamless integration with current CPSC infrastructure. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR Part 6, specifically subpart 12 for simplified acquisitions. Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement within fifteen (15) days of the notice issuance. The government will consider all responses received, but the determination to compete the procurement is at the government's discretion.
