Description
The Headquarters (HQ)/Office of Information Technology (OIT) requires a renewal of ServiceNow software licenses. These licenses are essential for enabling agency-wide IT, Human Resources (HR), Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), and Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) functions. The software supports critical ticketing, administration, and management processes for IHS users. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued for market research purposes to determine the availability and technical capability of Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and Indian Small Business Enterprise (ISBEE) vendors who are or may be certified resellers of ServiceNow Licenses and subscriptions. The responses will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Vendors are requested to provide tailored responses, not marketing brochures, addressing as many bullet points as possible within a 10-page limit. Submissions are due by 9:30 AM Eastern Time on June 30, 2026, via email to Darnell Harkless at Darnell.Harkless@hhs.gov with the subject line '[CompanyName(s)]- IHS1527016_ServiceNow_RFI'.
