Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting bids for crosswalk marking services in Merced and Tuolumne Counties. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing faded crosswalk markings and installing new high-visibility ladder-style crosswalk markings. Services include all labor, tools, vehicles, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the removal, disposal, and replacement of crosswalk markings. The contract requires bidders to possess a Class A General Engineering license and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Prevailing wages will apply if the total bid exceeds $15,000. The total bid amount cannot exceed $484,000.00.
