Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for new fire protection and unwatering pump system equipment for Lookout Point Powerhouse. The requirement includes a 650-gallon-per-minute vertical pump/motor assembly, a 0.25-horsepower jockey pump system, a fire pump controller panel, a manual transfer switch, overload protection, waterflow alarm switches, valves, pressure-regulating and relief equipment, carbon-steel piping and fittings, fasteners, gaskets, and two portable cold-cutting split-frame clamshell machines. All equipment must be new, include FOB-destination delivery, and meet the specified AWWA, ASME, ASTM, NFPA, NEMA, UL, and related standards. Quotes must include pricing for all line items on the completed SF 1449, descriptive data, cut sheets, drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, ordering information, and design and production test results demonstrating compliance. Delivery is required by March 1, 2027, to the Lookout Point facility. Manufacturer certifications and warranty documentation are required under the stated conditions, with certain certifications due after award. Amendment 3 extends the offer deadline to September 14, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. PDT.
