Description
The U.S. Geological Survey is soliciting construction services to replace septic systems at the Northern Prairie Wildlife Research Center. The project includes removing existing septic tanks and drain fields, installing new gravity septic tanks and drain fields, and making final connections to building infrastructure. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment, along with required design and closeout documentation, including shop drawings, site evaluation and percolation reports, trench excavation records, test certificates, as-built drawings, warranty information, operation and maintenance manuals, and completion reports. The systems must support the Administrative Building and Maintenance Shop and comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Amendment 0002 extends the proposal deadline to September 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. MDT. The period of performance remains September 21, 2026, through February 20, 2027. The amendment also identifies Bryan Wolla as the technical point of contact and April Zimney as the administrative point of contact; all other solicitation terms remain unchanged.
