Description
The U.S. Army National Guard requires complete replacement of an existing Eaton 9155 uninterruptible power supply in Building 542 at the 119th Wing. The contractor must provide a brand-name Eaton or technically acceptable equal UPS, including the specified frame, power modules, battery packs, bypass power module, network card, and three-year onsite 7x24 next-day-response service. The replacement system must meet the stated salient characteristics, including 4–16 kVA output, scalability, a maximum 40-by-24-inch footprint, hot-swappable internal batteries, single rack/tower configuration, 208-volt power, and at least 20 minutes of runtime. Clarifying information states that an 8 kVA split-phase system is sufficient for the current 1.7 kW network and data-device load. The scope also includes delivery, removal and off-site disposal of the existing Eaton 9155 and its two external battery cabinets, installation of the replacement, startup with connected-load testing, and provision of all labor, tools, and expertise.
