Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quote for one quart kit of sealing compound, NSN 8030-01-653-1794, manufacturer part number EC3587B1, manufactured by 3M Company (CAGE 76381). The item has a six-month, non-extendable shelf life and is identified as a hazardous material. The solicitation requires applicable hazard-warning labeling, hazardous-material packaging, MIL-STD-129 marking, and supply-chain traceability documentation. The item must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days after award to the designated military receiving location. The quote must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated closing date. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
