The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is seeking five retainer seals identified by NSN 1R-5330-016951021-EY and reference number 3890AS004816-01. Delivery is FOB origin, and early or incremental deliveries are acceptable. Contract terms will be issued under Basic Ordering Agreement N0038323GSX01. The notice states that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, although responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration. Interested parties may identify their capability to provide a commercial item within 15 days of publication; responses received within 45 days of publication, or within 30 days if awarded under the existing BOA, will be considered.
