Description
Tarrant Regional Water District is soliciting a contractor to adjust approximately 6,200 linear feet of existing metal beam guard fence along both sides of the roadway across the Eagle Mountain dam. The completed guardrail must have a uniform nominal top-of-rail height of 28 inches, comply with applicable Texas Department of Transportation standards, and maintain proper alignment, connections, transitions, and end treatments. The work includes field inspection and verification; loosening, repositioning, raising, resetting, or replacing posts, W-beam rail, hardware, transitions, and end treatments as necessary; traffic control; protection of operating dam facilities and roadway access; final inspection; and cleanup. Offerors must submit a lump-sum price plus pricing for additional work items, a project approach, three references, a proposed project schedule, and the required forms and bid bond.
