Description
Westchester County is soliciting bids for a motor pool key valet solution consisting of an annual key valet subscription, two HID front-panel options, two three-module key cabinets supporting up to 48 keys each, five 16-key modules, one key valet vise, and one illuminated blank module. The scope also includes motor pool reservations portal setup and overview services, remote key valet implementation for two kiosks, on-site key valet implementation for two kiosks over two days, and estimated travel for one on-site hardware setup and validation trip. Delivery is requested as soon as possible after award, purchase order, or authorized calls. The bid requires pricing by line item and permits equivalent products when clearly identified and determined acceptable by the County.
