Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is soliciting lawn care services for the Clarke County Health Department for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The scope includes mowing, edging, weed-eating, and blowing off debris approximately every other week, for about 16 services; pine straw removal and replacement twice per year; fertilization of grass and flower beds twice per year; and approximately four winter-season general grounds maintenance services. The contractor must provide all materials and equipment. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited, and the work must be performed by the owner or legal employees of the awarded vendor. Pricing must be submitted as a per-service amount for each required service category. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is required for the quote to be considered.
