Description

Spearfish School District 40-2 is requesting bids for new network switches and related equipment under E-rate Category Two. The requested items include switches, switch modules, stacking kits, power supplies, transceivers, and direct-attach copper cables. The district lists estimated quantities and HPE Aruba models or equivalents; equivalent products must be comparable in quality and functionality and fully interoperable with its existing HPE Aruba equipment and management software. Only new equipment is accepted, and vendors must provide documentation supporting equivalency where applicable. Installation and configuration are not requested; quote equipment only. Proposals must itemize each component, identify full manufacturer part numbers, and separately state E-rate-eligible and ineligible costs. A completed pricing form and the vendor’s SPIN are required.
