Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks nine new, commercial off-the-shelf AI-enabled vending machines in four configurations: compact single-door coolers (2), high-capacity coolers with freezer capability (2), premium single-door coolers (3), and large double-door coolers (2). Equipment must meet or exceed the stated capacity, dimensions, temperature, connectivity, and other salient characteristics, and be compatible with the Veteran’s existing WeVend PayPro Max platform. Required components include hardware, software, accessories, cashless payment terminals, telemetry, sensors, and other items needed for complete operation. Used or refurbished equipment is not acceptable; the manufacturer’s standard warranty is required. The requirement is for equipment, shipment, and delivery only. On-site installation and training are not required. The vendor must deliver all machines to a ground-level storage unit, offload and position them inside, and provide a liftgate or other suitable offloading equipment. Quotations must include completed pricing for all five CLINs and a technical section documenting product specifications against the stated requirements. The technical section is limited to 10 pages. The award is a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for all CLINs, evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis.
