Description
The City of Chiloquin is requesting bids from experienced general contractors for an approximately 1,033-square-foot apparatus bay addition to Chiloquin Fire and Rescue Station 2. Work includes a new painted and coated CMU wall, a wood-framed roof with PVC membrane, a sectional overhead door and electric operator, a hollow metal door and frame, and a new opening into the existing apparatus bay. The contractor must obtain permits for the bidder-designed mechanical and electrical systems. Construction must start no later than March 1, 2027, and substantial completion is required within 120 days after construction starts. Bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference to receive updates, addenda, or additional information. Two paper copies of the bid are required.
