Description
This solicitation is for a five-year firm-fixed-price purchase order for a Service Maintenance Agreement for two Cepheid GeneXpert systems (SN: 841280 & SN: 120005416) located at the VA Anchorage Health Care System. The required services include annual preventive maintenance and software support, both remotely and on-site. The contractor will provide technical phone support and remote diagnostics Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm AKST, with an on-site response within four business days if deemed necessary. Specific on-site maintenance tasks include replacing worn parts, lubrication, filter replacement, cleaning, and calibration to ensure the systems are within specifications. The contractor must also provide all necessary service documentation and is entitled to all system updates, bug fixes, software upgrades, and feature enhancements at no additional charge. All services must meet manufacturer, Federal, and VA regulations. The acquisition is unrestricted and not set aside for small businesses.
