Description
Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District is soliciting unit-price quotes to repair approximately 135 linear feet of concrete lining in the West Canal. The work includes removing the damaged concrete lining and liner, performing earthwork, installing geomembrane, and constructing new concrete lining in the existing canal, which has a 16-foot bottom width, a height of 7.1 feet, and 1.5:1 side slopes. The work must be completed by March 5, 2027. Contractors and subcontractors must hold applicable licenses and registrations, comply with Washington public-works and prevailing-wage requirements, and identify subcontractors as required by state law. Each quote must include a signed Non-Collusion and Debarment Affidavit and a Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes. A required pre-bid site visit is scheduled for November 3, 2026.
