Description
The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority seeks an independent retirement plan consultant to assess its retirement savings programs, particularly its MissionSquare Governmental 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and CalPERS Deferred Compensation Program. The work includes reviewing plan structure, investments, participation, service providers, fees, fiduciary practices, and governance, then recommending improvements and best practices. The consultant will also develop and deliver employee engagement, education, and staff training; conduct workshops and financial wellness sessions; present findings to management and the governing commission; and provide a final implementation roadmap. Optional services include implementation support and ongoing fiduciary advisory services. Proposals must include a technical proposal and pricing information; the main proposal is limited to 15 pages, excluding resumes and the pricing exhibit.
