Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking an electric pallet jack through an invitation for bids to establish a purchase order. The requested equipment must be new and unused, of current production, and comply with applicable safety requirements; electrical equipment must meet applicable OSHA standards and carry an appropriate UL, FMRC, or NEMA listing. Respondents must provide the manufacturer, brand or trade name, product description, specification data sheet, unit price, and delivery time, and must identify any exceptions to the specifications. The submission requires the solicitation, terms and conditions, and submittal request documents, along with a completed Electric Pallet Jack (BT-58BU) bid table using the provided Excel response template. The resulting purchase order will be awarded based on the State's stated best-value considerations, including price, prior performance and service, and quality and conformance to specifications.
