Description
Los Angeles World Airports is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop, manage, and operate Terminal 5 concessions at Los Angeles International Airport. The scope includes food and beverage, convenience retail, specialty retail, certain other concessions, passenger services, and other non-airline revenue opportunities. Operators must provide customer-service amenities, a strong commercial vision, and a passenger experience reflecting Los Angeles’s diversity, locally inspired brands, culinary offerings, and regional identity. The revised posting requires vendors to register and log in to the Bonfire portal to access the solicitation documents. Required submission components include the administrative requirements packet, vendor identification and supporting documents, non-collusion affidavit, bidder contribution and certification forms, Contractor Responsibility Program materials, Iran Contracting Act compliance affidavit, Equal Benefits Ordinance materials, written/technical proposal, financial proposal, business references, and a proposal bond. The proposal bond is $25,000 for each package bid; a PDF copy is uploaded through Bonfire and the original is mailed or delivered separately. The agreement covers twelve years plus three one-year performance-based options.
