Description
The selected consultant will provide on-site Project Inspector of Record services for the Rio Hondo Elementary HVAC replacement project. The scope includes continuous inspection throughout construction; verifying work against approved plans, specifications, Title 24, District standards, and applicable codes; coordinating and reporting special inspections; reviewing contractor submittals and pay requests; attending project meetings as directed; and maintaining daily records, job files, and required verified and semi-monthly reports. The inspector must coordinate with the District, architect, construction manager, contractor, and governmental inspectors, promptly report defective or nonconforming work, and track construction progress, testing, and project closeout.
