Description
The City seeks qualified consultants to provide on-call plan checking, building inspections, and building permit technician support for its Building Safety Division. Plan check work includes reviewing plans and related documents for code compliance, processing initial and resubmittal reviews, and finalizing approved plans. Inspection work includes conducting and documenting inspections; permit technician work includes application processing, permit issuance support, customer service, records management, and administrative support. Assignments will be authorized as needed, with no guaranteed minimum workload.
