Submission Instructions
Description
The City seeks Statements of Qualifications from firms with municipal experience in materials testing, inspections, and observations. Selected firms will enter a pre-qualified pool for a three-year period and may be invited to submit proposals or selected based on qualifications for individual, as-needed task orders; pre-qualification does not guarantee work. Responses should address relevant experience, proposed staff and resources, methodology, added value, and references. Proof of licensure is required, and the response must include the specified reference sheet, conflict-of-interest form, and Professional Services Agreement certification form.
