Laurens County Water and Sewer Commission is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering water-resources consulting firms. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive engineering, hydrologic, hydraulic, and water-resources services for Lake Rabon, including development of a high-resolution bathymetric model, evaluation of reservoir storage characteristics, determination of safe yield using professionally accepted methodologies, and assessment of watershed hydrology and water availability.
