Woodruff-Roebuck Water District is soliciting qualifications from professional engineering firms licensed in South Carolina to provide engineering services for the planning, design, and construction administration of a 2-million-gallon elevated water storage tank. Questions must be submitted by email to the District Engineering Manager by September 18, 2026. Responses and significant changes will be issued to all proposers through addenda, with all addenda scheduled for issuance by September 25, 2026.
