Description
Avon Local School District is requesting proposals for Category 2 managed internal broadband services for existing applicant-owned equipment, along with basic maintenance of internal connections. The scope includes 55 Cisco switches, 19 Hewlett Packard switches, one Fortinet firewall, 358 Aruba wireless access points, and 27 uninterruptible power supply/battery-backup units. The complete equipment list is provided in the pricing attachment. Proposals must include the applicant name, Form 470 number, Service Provider Identification Number, service provider terms and conditions, and completed pricing in the provided pricing attachment. Pricing must be submitted in XLS or XLSX format, identify E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs, categorize services as Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections or Managed Internal Broadband Services, and address compatibility with the existing network and past performance. The district prefers a 36-month agreement with two optional annual renewals and may order only the quantities or services it needs.
