The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 10 sunglasses repair and care kits, NSN 4240-01-722-5841, part number EE9039-01, manufactured by Eye Safety Systems Inc. The requirement is for supply and delivery, with delivery required within 20 days after delivery order and FOB origin terms.
