Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 71 each of an assembled 30-gallon shipping and storage drum, NSN 8110-01-467-0892. The drums must have a nominal height of 28.875 inches, an 18.5-inch inner diameter, industry-standard thickness, one 2-inch bung and one 0.75-inch bung in the top head, and must satisfy UN/POP 1A1/Y1.2/200 testing requirements. The drums must be marked in accordance with applicable UN/POPS requirements and 49 CFR Subparts L and M, packaged under ASTM D3951 subject to DLA requirements, marked and labeled under MIL-STD-129, and palletized under DLA packaging requirements. Delivery is required 167 days after order, FOB origin, to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated deadline.
