Description
The City of Hollywood is seeking a qualified firm to provide water and wastewater treatment plant program management and professional engineering services. The scope includes implementing the City's Water and Wastewater Master Plans; planning projects and feasibility studies; preparing project initiation and approval materials; supporting consultant and contractor procurement; permitting; design and construction management; construction engineering and inspection; project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control; hydraulic and system modeling; grant and bond support; and coordination with other consultants, contractors, and public agencies. The program covers water and wastewater treatment plant infrastructure, collection and transmission systems, capital improvement projects, renewal and replacement work, regulatory compliance, asset management, quality assurance and value engineering, and public engagement. The selected program manager must provide an on-site representative and support public meetings, community outreach, stakeholder communications, and responses to resident concerns. Work will be issued through individual work orders under a continuing professional services contract, with no guaranteed volume of work. The initial contract term is five years, with two additional two-year extension periods available.
