Description
This tender covers tenant improvement construction for the Coquitlam Parks Services Hub. The work includes selective demolition; new partitions, furring, ceilings, finishes, millwork, casework, quartz countertops, lockers, signage, doors and hardware modifications, privacy window film, acoustic treatments, resilient flooring, baseboards, painting, and installation of owner-furnished equipment and appliances. The scope also includes mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Mechanical and plumbing work includes demolition and relocation of HVAC, controls, plumbing, and fire-protection components; installation of an energy recovery ventilator, split-system heating and cooling equipment, ductwork, condensate drainage, plumbing connections, testing, balancing, commissioning, and seismic restraint. Electrical work includes new lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, power and data outlets, Cat6 communications cabling, panel modifications, access-control system rough-in and integration, equipment power, firestopping, testing, and commissioning. The contractor must provide required shop drawings, product data, samples, permits, inspections, record drawings, warranties, and operation and maintenance documentation in accordance with the contract documents.
