Description
Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc., operator of Milwaukee County Transit System, is seeking a qualified contractor for ongoing, as-needed maintenance and repair of facility equipment and fuel, oil, and coolant delivery systems on a time-and-materials basis. The scope includes hydraulic repairs for bus lifts; repairs to pumps, pulsers, piping, fittings, and related components; oil/water separator tank repairs and leak correction; fuel meter and valve replacement; emergency fuel-station repairs; regulatory compliance inspections, testing, training, and corrective work; and coordination of specialized services when needed. The contractor must provide qualified field personnel experienced with aboveground and underground petrochemical storage and dispensing systems, maintain required Wisconsin tank-system certifications, and comply with applicable environmental, safety, licensing, and prevailing-wage requirements. The initial contract term is three years, with up to three additional one-year renewal terms at Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc.'s discretion. Work will be authorized through purchase orders or other written authorization and priced using the completed vendor price sheet. Proposals must include a technical response, price proposal, vendor packet, at least three references using Attachment A, and signed addenda using Attachment B when issued.
