Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking an all-or-none contractor to provide garbage pickup and disposal services for Monte Sano State Park. The required monthly services include one 8-yard container at the lodge with weekly pickup, one 8-yard container at the park office, and one 6-yard container at the park office; quoted prices must include all additional fees. The solicitation also requests unit pricing for as-needed extra pickups for the 8-yard and 6-yard containers and a flat-rate overflow charge for dumpsters throughout the park and lodge. The initial service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agreement may be renewed annually for a total term not exceeding five years, with a cumulative value capped at $25,000. Vendors must be authorized to perform garbage pickup services in the service area.
