Description
The Town of Alta is requesting statements of qualifications from architectural design consultants for feasibility studies and preliminary or schematic designs for renovations to the Our Lady of the Snows Community Center. The anticipated work includes replacing deteriorating concrete stairs and the concrete deck, designing an ADA ramp and accessibility improvements, incorporating radiant heating into the new stairs, deck, and ramp, adding two trailhead restrooms or other amenities, and redesigning the eastern entrance and furnace room to expand storage and accommodate a radiant heating system. Deliverables include schematic design products, feasibility narratives and recommendations, rough construction budget estimates, recommendations for additional pre-construction tasks, and other mutually agreed project products. The statement of qualifications must address project understanding, firm qualifications and relevant experience, at least three comparable project references with contact information, project team and key-personnel resumes, proposed approach, project schedule, and disciplinary actions or similar proceedings within the past three years. The submission is limited to 30 pages and 20 MB, and must include proof of insurance.
