Description
The City is soliciting a contractor for a formal construction project to renovate an existing police command center. The scope includes demolition and reconstruction work, accessibility improvements, structural repairs and fiber-reinforced polymer strengthening, ballistic-resistant glazing and panels, secured exits, and interior and exterior finish work. Plans and specifications also call for upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, electrical distribution and standby power, fire protection, communications, access control, video surveillance, and related technology systems.
