Description
The County of Los Angeles is soliciting proposals for a parking operator revenue audit. This audit will assess the accuracy and completeness of revenues collected, reported, and withheld by the current parking operator during the non-contractual period. The scope includes evaluating the operational status and transactional accuracy of revenue-collection activities and equipment. A formal audit report detailing objectives, scope, methodology, findings, and recommendations will be required upon completion. The solicitation also outlines significant Business Inclusion Program (BIP) requirements, including anticipated participation levels for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) at 18%, Women Business Enterprises (WBE) at 4%, Small Business Enterprises (SBE) at 25%, Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) at 8%, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) at 3%. Respondents must demonstrate compliance with BIP outreach requirements through the Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMP). Failure to comply with these outreach requirements will render the proposal non-responsive.
