Description
Auburn University is seeking proposals from a preferred supplier for specialty packaging, shipping, storage, stockroom, and related warehouse supplies. Requested products include corrugated boxes, poly bags, tapes, labels, bins, totes, shelving, packing tables, drums, pails, jars, bottles, and other storage and handling equipment. The solicitation includes a spreadsheet of requested items and requires competitive pricing, including pricing for the top 200 purchased products and percentage discounts from manufacturers’ suggested retail prices. The selected supplier must integrate with the JAGGAER e-procurement system, describe order-resolution, returns, refunds, account-management, pricing-audit, and purchase-order-compliance processes, and provide ongoing customer support. Proposals must address delivery and payment terms, environmental and sustainability policies, financial considerations, relevant experience, and at least three similar references. The contract term is five years, and proposals will be evaluated based on pricing, customer service, and completeness. Auburn University may make whole, line-item, or multiple awards.
