Description
The United States Transportation Command is seeking market information regarding a planned contract for stevedoring and related terminal services at the Singapore port terminals of Brani, Pasir Panjang, Keppel, Sembawang, Tanjong Pagar, Jurong, and Tuas. The anticipated scope includes management of U.S. Government cargo such as containers, vehicles, breakbulk, aircraft, ammunition and explosives, hazardous materials, and other military cargo. Required capabilities include vessel loading and discharge, longshoring, cargo reception and disposition, staging, storage, onward movement, intra-port transfers, vessel preparation, documentation, tallying and checking, lashing, equipment and labor provision, inland transportation, customs coordination, and related terminal support. The response is limited to market research; no contract will be awarded from this notice. Respondents are asked to complete the Market Research Survey and provide company information, relevant experience, capabilities, business size, contract vehicle information, and comments on the draft Performance Work Statement. Responses should be no more than five pages, excluding a title page and cover letter.
