Description
The Tennessee National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract for repairs to Building 747 at Berry Field Air National Guard Base in Nashville, TN. The project includes two phases: Repair Auditorium (Project BKTZ242011) involving selective demolition, partition wall construction, wall and floor finishes, acoustic ceiling, new fixed seating (approximately 147 EA), electrical power and lights, HVAC modifications, AV equipment and cabling, electronic security, and minor fire protection modifications; and Repair 2nd Floor Restroom (Project BKTZ252001) involving demolition and disposal of existing restroom components, new HVAC exhaust fans and ductwork, new plumbing fixtures, new LED light fixtures, new finishes, and new specialties/accessories. All work must meet Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). The contract duration is 180 calendar days after notice to proceed, with 180 days for the auditorium repair (critical path) and 90 days for the restroom repair. This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 236220 with a construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The tentative bid opening date is on-or-about 3 September 2026.
