Description
The Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority seeks a firm to assess and redevelop its public website using a widely supported content management system that staff can update without specialized programming knowledge. The work includes responsive design and development, content migration, and accessibility review, remediation, and testing to meet at least WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The selected firm will train Authority staff and provide hosting, security updates, backups, ongoing maintenance and support, and monthly check-in meetings. The proposal should describe the platform, accessibility approach, project management methodology, hosting and maintenance approach, schedule, and estimated completion date, and identify proprietary limitations or vendor dependencies. It must also include key personnel qualifications, at least three similar completed projects (including public-sector website and accessibility experience), and detailed pricing for each service, including optional services. The Authority will evaluate government or municipal experience, website design and functionality, accessibility expertise, project approach and schedule, and cost. The Authority will retain exclusive ownership and control of website assets, content, domain registrations, hosting accounts, and administrative credentials.
