Description
Pueblo Rural School District 70 seeks proposals for leased dark fiber or fully managed lit fiber WAN transport connecting its hub sites to four school locations: Beulah Elementary and Middle Schools, Craver Middle School, Rye Elementary School, and Rye High School. Proposals must cover all listed locations; partial bids will not be considered. Dark fiber proposals must include maintenance, while lit fiber proposals must provide dedicated, symmetrical bandwidth of at least 10 Gbps and meet the specified service requirements. The district is open to alternative network designs and requests separate pricing for service options, any modulating electronics and maintenance, and any required special construction. Services must reach the designated building demarcation points and be available by July 1, 2027. Proposals must include a completed pricing attachment, the provider’s terms and conditions, the service offering, and all recurring, non-recurring, and special construction costs. Contracted-service proposals are requested to include 60-month pricing; month-to-month offers are also considered, and the district may extend an agreement for two additional 12-month terms.
