Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo seeks a contractor to provide as-needed maintenance and repair services for its vehicle fleet. Work may include inspections, preventive maintenance, oil and filter changes, tire and brake services, batteries, diagnostics, repairs, emergency assistance, and towing coordination. There is no guaranteed volume of work, and HACP may use other providers when needed. Proposals should describe the service approach, staffing and facilities, relevant fleet experience, and fees. The contractor must provide itemized estimates and invoices, obtain written authorization before performing additional repairs, maintain service records, and identify parts and workmanship warranties. The agreement is nonexclusive, with a one-year initial term and up to four one-year extensions.
