Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is conducting an Expression of Interest to identify available space for a potential lease in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The requirement is for approximately 333 usable square metres of contiguous office space, 40 usable square metres of secured compound or parking area, two oversized parking spaces, and a dedicated telecommunications/equipment room of at least 5 usable square metres. Proposed parking must have or accommodate electric-vehicle charging stations, and the space must meet accessibility, floor-loading, transit-access, building-use, security, and daytime-cleaning criteria. The anticipated lease term is approximately 10 years, commencing on or about April 1, 2030, with an early-termination right beginning April 1, 2038 upon at least 12 months' written notice. Interested parties must provide property and space details, including the municipal address, zoning, precise location within the building, measured areas, architectural drawings, parking information, and responses addressing the stated criteria. This is an information-gathering exercise rather than a tender or request for proposal; PSPC may use the information for a future leasing process and does not guarantee that a lease or subsequent solicitation will result.
