]The CBS Electric Utility Department expects to rely primarily on its Professional Services Roster to award professional service contracts. CBS expects to maintain this Professional Services Roster through 2026 as described in this solicitation, until a new roster is established in 2027.

The City and Borough of Sitka Finance Department is accepting qualifications for an electric utility professional services roster. The roster covers disciplines including utility management, generation systems engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, transmission and distribution engineering, and fire and life safety engineering. Project-specific contracts may be awarded based on the qualifications and needs identified for individual assignments. Submissions are received through October 31, 2026. The roster supports an ongoing need for professional electric utility services, with project-specific scopes, payment terms, and performance periods established for resulting contracts.
