Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking four boxes of resuscitator valves, NSN 6515-01-620-0444, with 10 valves per box. The requested valve is a barrier system with three filtration layers and a one-way duckbill valve, top and bottom ports, adjustment from 5 to 20 cm H2O, an ISO-standard 22 mm internal-diameter connector, and compatibility with resuscitation bag flow diverters using a 22 mm connection. The valves must be individually packaged and have a 60-month shelf life, with no more than nine months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The solicitation identifies Teleflex LLC part number 5383 as the specified product and requires the bidder to identify the source and part number supplied. Alternate offers require complete technical data. The item is an FDA-regulated Class II device requiring applicable registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practices. Delivery is required within 20 days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance; packaging and marking requirements include ASTM D3951, MIL-STD-129, and applicable medical marking requirements.
