Description
The City seeks a qualified firm to collect trash from downtown receptacles, covering weekday pickups and potentially Saturday service. The City will rank proposals using the criteria in the RFP and negotiate a detailed scope and costs with the highest-ranked firm; if negotiations fail, it may negotiate with the next-ranked firm. Vendors must submit one electronic copy through BidNet and three hard copies. EEO certification is encouraged but is not required to respond; an EEO Certification Number is required only before contract award.
