Description
The project is a construction contract for an addition and installation of restroom facilities, including the work shown in the project plans and specifications. The scope includes architectural and building work, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, restroom fixtures and accessories, doors and hardware, signage, finishes, and related site work and erosion controls. The owner will provide certain restroom accessories for the contractor to install. Bids must include the specified bid form, subcontractor list, compliance and workforce forms, completed W-9, and bid guaranty. Additional workforce forms are required for bids over $50,000. A 10% bid guaranty is required; the successful bidder must provide performance and labor-and-material payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract sum, and required insurance after award. The project manual states that work is tentatively scheduled to begin November 19, 2026, with substantial completion by February 22, 2027.
