Description
Princeville Community Unit School District 326 is soliciting proposals for dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Internet access at Princeville Grade School and Princeville Jr/Sr High School. The selected provider will serve both locations under a single award and must provide pricing for 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps bandwidth options at each site. Proposals must include 12-, 36-, and 60-month pricing, with up to two optional one-year renewal periods. The solution must include the equipment, facilities, installation, configuration, testing, activation, monitoring, technical support, and service-level commitments necessary for operational service. Requirements include at least two static public IPv4 addresses per location, 24/7 network monitoring and technical support, and a detailed SLA addressing availability, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation, maintenance, service credits, outage reporting, and performance reporting. Pricing must cover recurring, non-recurring, installation, special construction, and other applicable costs. The proposal must include the completed pricing worksheet and identify the service provider's SPIN and contact information. Price is the primary evaluation factor.
