Description
The Peoria Housing Authority seeks a single lump-sum general construction contractor for elevator modernization and interior renovations at Sterling Towers. Work includes reconfiguring East Tower ground-floor employee areas to add a bathroom and kitchenette; renovating corridors, elevator lobbies, laundry rooms, and stair towers in both towers; and modernizing four elevators, including equipment-room renovations. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates and Section 3 requirements, and weekly U.S. Department of Labor payroll forms are required. Bids must include a bid guarantee.
