Description
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is soliciting Stage II bids from contractors that were prequalified under the applicable Stage I prequalification and remain on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list. The project involves abating fireproofing on the fourth floor of the Provo Regional Building and has an estimated construction cost of $130,000. The submission requires an online bid table, bid bond, unit cost sheet, contractor and business licensing information, business organization and legal-address information, project and signature-authority contacts, and required certifications. The subcontractors list must be emailed to DFCM Contracts by the solicitation deadline. Bids must remain valid for 45 days after bid opening, and the online submission must be finalized through the procurement portal.
