Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency, Rural Development, and Natural Resources Conservation Service are seeking a short-term office rental within Provo city limits to serve producers in Utah and Wasatch counties. The space must be between 4,500 and 8,000 square feet; meet International Building Code office-occupancy requirements; be ADA compliant and accessible to the public; provide sole access and control to the USDA agencies; have lockable exterior doors; and include parking for 6–8 visitors, 18 employees, and 10 government vehicles. Telephone and internet access must be available, although the Government will procure those services separately. Quotes should include janitorial services, snow removal, and all utilities in one monthly firm-fixed price. Break-room and conference-room space, four private offices, and furnishings are desirable but not required. The anticipated period of performance is September 30, 2026, through August 29, 2027, with four possible 12-month option years, not to exceed five years. The solicitation is open to all responsible sources; the small-business set-aside has been removed. A signed copy of Amendment 0001 must accompany the quote.
